Our prices are tailored to your specific requirements and reflect our total independence. Your event is different to any other, it is unique to you and personal. All our food is created in the industrial kitchen at home or at your event. Food is not bought in and we have no set menus so together we can create the food of your choice. With our ideas the meal will be an experience that you and your guests will remember.
On a hot summer day your food will arrive perfectly chilled to the correct temperature. My Bockmann trailers with their fitted Zanotti chiller units comply with the strict hygiene legislation. Racked either side with stainless steel shelving, your food and drink will be served just as you would wish it. After all............champagne deserves to be chilled. |
